Maxumise invites Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced individuals for the position of Human Resources Officer.
This role supports the delivery of core HR functions across the employee lifecycle. You will ensure processes are applied consistently, records are maintained accurately, and managers receive timely HR support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records
- Assist with performance management processes
- Support training and development coordination
- Prepare HR reports and documentation
- Ensure compliance with policies and employment requirements
- Assist in managing employee relations matters
- Provide day to day HR support to managers and staff
Key Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Human Resources or related field
- Experience in an HR support role
- Knowledge of employment practices and HR processes
- Ability to manage confidential information
